How to Book

When you have made your decision and you would like to book the Fiesta Roadshow, you can do so by telephoning 01908 234726 or you can use the online booking and enquiry form.

First, I will confirm that your function date is available and then I will take all of the details, this includes your contact address and telephone numbers, the venue and of course details about the function.

All these details will then be transferred on to booking contracts, which will be produced and then posted to you. The contract comprises of two copies, your copy (Client) and my copy (Artiste). The Artiste copy of the contract will need to be signed and returned with any advanced payment requested in the pre-paid envelope. Any special instructions will be noted and will also appear on the contracts.

The Fiesta Roadshow also requests a function questionnaire to be completed and returned which gives further information about the event. This function questionnaire will also be enclosed with the booking contracts and the current terms and conditions.

Finally I shall contact you during the week prior to the function to check the arrangements in case there has been any change to the schedule.

On the day of the function, the balance will be due prior to the start of the performance unless otherwise stated in the payment schedule of the contact.
